Yes, we take credit and debit cards through Paypal and Square. There is a small fee associated with these transactions.
Paypal has a 2.7% additional fee and Square has 2.75% if the card is swiped or 3.5% plus .15 if we manually key in the card.
We are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks written on local banks and cash.
We use the carpet manufacturer’s required cleaning method which is hot water extraction, or as some people refer to it, steam cleaning. Our truck mounted units can be adjusted for the type of carpeting you have. Some have indoor/outdoor which is very thin and others have a higher quality, very thick carpeting and pad. We can change the pressure for different types of carpeting as needed.
Most definitely, yes. Although it is not as thorough as steam cleaning, our method works with great results and has a shorter dry time involved.
Absolutely! Depending on your set-up we can either drop our hoses down to the truck via a stairwell or deck or we can use our specialty portable unit that we can bring up an elevator.
Typically, the drying time is between one to three hours depending on the thickness of your carpet and the humidity or efficiency of your air conditioning unit.
Absolutely, once again, it depends on the length of your carpet fibers. It’s best to give your carpet some time to dry. Walking on a damp carpet makes the fibers dry flat rather than the attractive upright position.
Most of the time stains are treated within the price that was quoted for carpet cleaning. However, when there is a red stain, ink stain or restoration type stains, there will be a surcharge to work on those stains. Deep set stains do require additional solutions and work. All of this will be discussed with the customer before beginning the work.
Most of the time, yes. What affects grout is how long it has been dirty and if it was originally sealed or not when it was installed. If it was sealed you will see a better result with cleaning. Tile is a porous product and you will see and feel a difference when walking on freshly cleaned tile. It will be dry immediately.
Most of time people don’t know if their grout is painted. We will only know once the cleaning process has begun. Painted grout will sometimes peel up during the cleaning. If this occurs, we will discuss with the customer how to proceed.
Yes we can. Mold is a growth and needs to be treated with a more aggressive solution. The cleaning process will be discussed with the customer prior to application.
99% of the time it will be fine. On rare occasions, especially with cracked or loose grout, it may come up. If this happens, we will immediately talk about options with the customer.
We clean it all! We clean residential tile and offer VCT (commercial vinyl tile) services to commercial sites. Vinyl tiles need to be stripped and waxed. See our tile page for more information.
We offer all types of upholstery cleaning: sofas, ottomans, desk chairs, ballroom chairs, drapes, and even dividing walls. It’s easier to have your drapes cleaned on site than to have it sent out and then re-hung.
Bentley Services does offer an annual payment plan. Commercial customers have already taken advantage of this program to keep their budgets even throughout the year. We now offer this same payment program to our residential customers.
Please ask about our program when you call for an estimate. There are many different combinations to suit your needs.
Absolutely! We work hard to service our customers on their schedules. We do our best to arrive the same day in emergency situations. Generally, we can schedule any appointment within days of your call.
Yes! Insurance companies usually recommend only three companies with which they are familiar. However, as a homeowner, you can call any company you wish to call. Bentley Services can help you remove excess water with our truck mounted systems. Depending on the scope of the damage, we will recommend additional work if needed such as fans, dehumidifiers and/or solutions to deter mold. Sometimes carpeting needs to be taken out. That would need to be discussed with the homeowner and insurance company.
